Security Notice: Fraudulent Emails Impersonating Unique Venues
On August 31, 2026, an unauthorized party used a compromised email-service credential to send fraudulent messages; some messages appeared to be part of an existing conversation concerning an invoice/payment; the messages were not sent by Unique Venues personnel and he recipient email addresses were supplied by the attacker and were not obtained from Unique Venues’ systems; recipients should not respond, make payment, open attachments, or follow instructions in the message; the compromised credential has been revoked and the underlying security issue remediated.
